All about the purchase
We offer a vast range of equipment, so if you are not sure which type and what size to choose for you or your dog, do not hesitate to ask us. We would be happy to advise you. We have a lot of experience with the selection. We usually have all types and sizes in stock, which makes it possible to try them on with us or have more types and sizes sent to you for a home tryout. 1. Product selection. Select the product category you are looking for in the left column. A brief listing of the products in the category will appear. You can select a subcategory to find all the products in that category. Click on a product for detailed information.
2. Add products to the "Shopping cart". Each product has a "Add to cart" link. Clicking on this link will add one piece of this product to the cart, which is a list of the items you have ordered. If one product has more than one variant, click on the link next to the variant you want. Changing the number of items or deleting items from your order can be done later when you complete your purchase. The contents of the shopping cart are displayed at the top right.
3. Complete the purchase and send the order. Click on the cart at the top right. The list of items on the order will appear. You can adjust the number of items or delete some items from the order. Click on Continue Order. Select your payment and shipping method and click Continue. Log in or fill in the shipping information in the form and submit your order by clicking the "Submit Order" button.
In case of any specific requirement that cannot be selected by default when choosing the colour, size, type of collar and design, please write it in the "Comments" field.
If you do not submit your order, you can return to the catalogue and continue your purchase.
PROCESSING THE ORDER
- Upon receiving your order, you will be contacted regarding availability, suitability, size or type of item you have ordered, as well as delivery or pickup options. We are available for consultation and fitting, you can call and email us here at our e-shop, e-mail, facebook or tel. +420 604 372 734.
- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, an email will be sent to you as soon as possible with your payment details and invoice.
- Shipping of the goods takes place after receiving payment to the account, or in the case of cash on delivery immediately after processing. On weekends we attend sale events with our trade stand, so we get to your orders when we return home to our computers. It may therefore take up to two working days to process your order.
