Personal tryout is the best way to choose a harness, a belt, a leash, a jacket or any other equipment for dog sports . Choosing this equipment remotely just by measured centimetres and a size chart is always a bit of a lottery bet, so we offer several ways of a personal tryout with our experts. 

HOW does a tryout look like?

At the beginning, we will discuss your needs and ideas with you and make a basic summary of the market opportunities. We always select the equipment to meet your requirements and especially to fit you and your dog perfectly - we choose across brands and sizes on the basis of our own experience. We always try to give you the opportunity to test the equipment in action - we carry a chain with us to test the power pull, we can run with you in front of the dog, or simulate the pull of the dog – and that is how we know (and you with us) that the harness or belt fits perfectly. 

HOW LONG does a tryout take?

Standard consultation takes 30 minutes when trying a harness, a belt or other parts of the gear (jackets, leashes etc.) and it is also the minimum booking time. If you plan to buy the whole equipment (harness – bungee leash – belt), please book rather 60 minutes.

1. Personal tryout in the showroom in Brno

The simplest option is to book a specific date (usually 30 minutes) in our system or by phone +420 604 372 734, arrive to our showroom (at 489/34 Kaštanová street, MANAG premises - enter Písečná street in the navigation) and we will focus exclusively on you. 

You can also pick up your confirmed e-shop orders in person in our showroom on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. On other days or times, please call +420 604 372 734. However, if you would like to try on a part of your order, please book a term just like you would for a personal tryout. 

It is possible to pay in cash or by credit card. 

2. Osobní zkoušení na akcích našeho stánku nebo v rámci MushGO Tour

Těšíme se na vás na stánku i dalších MushGO Tour na jaře 2022, do té doby máme otevřenou provozovnu 4 dny odpoledne v týdnu, v případě zájmu rádi otevřeme i dopoledne či o víkendech - neváhejte se nám ozvat.

This option is ideal if you have a long distance to Brno. We load most of our assortment into the car and bring it almost anywhere. Check the calendar to see when and where you can meet us - click on a specific event to see details, including a link to application form. If you're interested in trying out  at a place and time that's missing in the calendar, do not hesitate to fill out the form I'm interested in a tryout and we'll contact you - we list the dates in various locations throughout the Czech republic depending on your interest.

ATTENTION! The trade stand at events focuses mainly on participants, spectators and visitors of the event and most of our time and capacity is fully occupied. If you want to come for trying on, do it in the afternoon, ideally book a specific time by filling out the application form for a specific event in the calendar.

On the contrary MushGO Tour is an event intended exclusively for testing and consultations, when we meet at an agreed place and you have a specific time reserved, we focus only on you. You can sign up via the calendar on the MushGO Tour page. Trasa každé Tour se průběžně upravuje dle aktuálního zájmu v jednotlivých městech a lokalitách, proto posílejte přihlášky průběžně. Plánování finální trasy a spuštění rezervačního systému probíhá v týdnu před danou Tour, všem přihlášeným z okolí trasy posíláme detailní informace i odkaz do rezervačního systému. 

Na stánku i v rámci MushGO Tour je možné platit jako hotově, tak platební kartou.

3. Zkoušení na dálku, přes e-shop

Pokud vám ani jedna z předchozích možností nevyhovuje, nabízíme zpoplatněnou službu Zkoušení, kdy vám na základě předchozí konzultace zašleme zpravidla 3 produkty, vše si doma v klidu vyzkoušíte, porovnáte, pokud si nebudete jistí, pošlete nám na e-mail fotky a my s výběrem poradíme. Produkty, které vám nevyhovují nám (klidně všechny) nám jednoduše zašlete zpět.
